  • Ready, Set, School! Kindergarten Readiness: College Ave Branch | 10:30 am - 11 am Help your child with pre-kindergarten skills in this workshop led by a former kindergarten teacher! Perfect for children ages 4-6. Register Here.

  • Harp Music and Stories: Michigan Road Branch | 10:30 am - 11 am Babies and toddlers will be introduced to the music of a concert harp in this program with Arts for Learning teaching artist Melissa Gallant. Join us to learn that music brings stories to life through feelings and emotions! Register Here.  

  • Minecraft Club at Central: Central Library | 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm Kids ages 7 and up are invited to join us on the 3rd floor for Minecraft Club! Stop by to mine, build, and interact with fellow Minecrafters using the library’s laptops or iPads. Jump into our premade world or create one entirely of your own!

  • Youth Art/Music Drop In: Nora Branch | 6 pm - 7 pm Please join Nora staff for an evening of free play with musical instruments

  • Storytime: Glendale Branch | 10:30 am - 11:30 am Babies up to 24 months and an adult are invited for stories, songs, fingerplays, and fun! Each session is followed by playtime with special toys designed just for babies.

  • Teen Zone: Central LIbrary | 5 pm - 7 pm Teens ages 12-18 are invited to explore art, technology, games, science, and more with Teen Central! Engage with free materials and learn new skills at your own pace in our new Teen Space on the 2nd floor!

  • Family Game Night: Central Library | 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm Kids, teens, and families are invited to stop by the Atrium on the 2nd floor for Family Game Night! We have lots of board, card, and dice games to explore along with giant-sized chess, checkers, Jenga, and Connect 4.

  • Paws to Read: Irvington Branch | 6 pm - 7 pm School-aged children who are beginning or reluctant readers are invited to read to a non-judgmental registered therapy dog who loves to listen to stories. It's a great way to improve a child's reading skills and self-confidence! Register Here

  • Playwriting Workshop for Kids - with Fonseca Theatre: Irvington Branch | 6 pm - 7 pm Become a storyteller! Through games and creative exercises, kids will create their own short play. Perfect for budding writers, performers, and anyone who loves to tell stories. Register Here.

Game Night Social: The Garage Food Hall
