  • Summer Open Activities - with Kid Central and Teen Central”:  Central Library | 2:00pm - 4:00pm Looking for something to do this summer? Visit Kid Central and Teen Central for some fun, tech, arts & crafts, LEGOs, and more! Explore your creativity with exciting hands-on crafts for everyone!

  • Teen Watchlist - with Teen Central: Central Library | 4:00pm - 6:00pm Drop by, grab a seat, and watch cool movies or binge-worthy shows with other teens. Hang out, chat, react dramatically to plot twists, or just vibe in the background – no pressure either way. Bring your favorite snacks and make yourself comfortable!

  • Minecraft Club: Central Library | 5:30pm - 7:30pm Kids ages 7 and up are invited to join us on the 3rd floor for Minecraft Club! Stop by to mine, build, and interact with fellow Minecrafters using the library’s laptops or iPads. Jump into our premade world or create one entirely of your own!

  • Storytime: Michigan Road | 10:30am - 11:15am Preschoolers, toddlers, and their caregivers are invited for stories, fingerplays, crafts and activities. No registration is required.

  • Summer Open Activities - with Kid Central and Teen Central”:  Central Library | 2:00pm - 4:00pm Looking for something to do this summer? Visit Kid Central and Teen Central for some fun, tech, arts & crafts, LEGOs, and more! Explore your creativity with exciting hands-on crafts for everyone!

  • Paws and Play - with IndyHumane: Michigan Road Branch | 2:00pm - 3:00pm Playing is important for kids and it’s just as important for our pets! Learn how to create a playful, enriching environment at home for your pets. Create an enrichment activity for your pet or donate it to an animal waiting for a home at IndyHumane. This program is for kids ages 6-12. Registration Required

  • Teen Zone: Central Library | 5:00pm - 7:00pm Teens ages 12-18 are invited to explore art, technology, games, science, and more with Teen Central! Engage with free materials and learn new skills at your own pace in our new Teen Space on the 2nd floor!

  • Cardboard Creations: Irvington Branch | 6:00pm - 6:45pm Create, make, and play with cardboard in this program for kids 4-8 led by Jeremy South of Ripple Mobile Arts. Dress to mess! Registration Required

  • Dungeons & Dragon: Glendale Branch |  6:00pm - 7:45pm First time players or experienced adventurers, join us to explore Dungeons and Dragons. Game materials and dice provided, just bring your imagination! Ages 12 and up.
