  • Storytime: Glendale Branch | 10:30 am - 11:30 am Babies up to 24 months and an adult are invited for stories, songs, fingerplays, and fun! Each session is followed by playtime with special toys designed just for babies.

  • Art Adventures: Michigan Road Branch | 10:30 am - 11:15 am Join Jeremy South of Ripple Mobile Arts to explore art inspired by picture books. Children ages 3-6 will create their own masterpiece using a variety of materials. Dress to mess! Register Here.

  • Bilingual Storytime- Spanish / Hora del cuento bilingüe - en español: Pike Branch | 10:30 am - 11 am Young children will enjoy books, songs, and games in this bilingual storytime in English and Spanish! / ¡Los niños pequeños disfrutarán de libros, canciones y juegos en esta hora de cuentos bilingüe en inglés y español!

  • Dungeons & Dragons: College Branch | 4:30 pm - 6 pm First time players or experienced adventurers, join us to explore Dungeons and Dragons. Game materials and dice provided, just bring your imagination! Ages 12 and up. Registration Encouraged.

  • Paws to Read: Irvington Branch | 6 pm - 7 pm School-aged children who are beginning or reluctant readers are invited to read to a non-judgmental registered therapy dog who loves to listen to stories. It's a great way to improve a child's reading skills and self-confidence! Register Here

  • Gardening Group: Pike Branch | 6 pm - 7 pm  Gardens are essentially a place of sharing and gardeners know that we learn a lot from each other--whether you're just starting or experienced. Sessions will feature seasonal discussions, resources--like our Seed Library--and connections with other gardeners. Lead by a librarian/master gardener.

Game Night Social: The Garage Food Hall

  • Storytime: Garfield Park Branch | 10:30 am - 11 am Babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and their parents/caregivers are invited for stories, songs, and movement activities.
